About The Academy The Academy is an exciting combination of health and fitness activities for the whole family and offers a full range of Dancing, Fitness, and Martial Arts classes. The combination of services and activities will combine to offer a great full range service to our members and clients.
Premises Overlooking the scenic Lakeside Wetland area, our large premises are located on the first floor of the Lakeside shopping centre. We are easily accessible from the main road, and the centre has monitored, off-road parking as well as a variety of restaurants and shops.
Security The safety of our members is of utmost importance. The Academy has a security door; camera and intercom that allow for access control, as well as an Armed Response service. Entrance is permitted upon identification. Parents are encouraged to bring their children up to reception and not just drop them off outside the door. Children under thirteen are not allowed to leave unaccompanied by a parent or approved adult.
Facilities Our premises include two large, aesthetically pleasing studios that boast full-length mirrors and excellent lighting and ventilation; as well as a warm, comfortable reception area with a wide-screen television and DSTV; and exceptional bathroom and change-room facilities.
Membership Structures At the Academy all our members have complete flexibility and are permitted to sample any of the classes we have on offer. No other centre in the Southern Suburbs has such a wide variety of activities! There are various membership structures available to suit any lifestyle.
Administration and Staff The Academy has dedicated friendly staff members who are available from Monday to Saturday to deal with any member queries. Operating Hours The Academy is open Mondays to Thursday from 08h00 to 21h00, Fridays from 08h00 to 17h00 and Saturdays from 08h00 to 12h00. |
